Washing part

The bottle will be feed into the machine through the conveyor to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers, The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
The bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.

For the carbonated drink, the most special with others drink is the filling temperature, it like the beer, the temperature is very cool, below than 4 degree, also contains some foam inside, so the filling valve should use the cooling filling way, also should can draw out the foam from the drink
A balance filling method (D type) is used in carbonated beverage or soft drinks in bottles The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine capacity and to fill various size of bottles. The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new isotonic pressure filling operation of the new type is adopted.
