(1). Rinse
Usually, we use the pure water to clean the bottle, under the machine, set the water pump, only need to join the pure water to this pump, it will spry the water to the empty bottle
The bottle will be feed into the machine through the conveyor to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers
-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
-the bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.
(2). Filler
1. The filling station using all metal (not plastic) 304 stainless steel contact parts gives consistent accurate, high precision filling nozzle together with beverage buffer system, to ensure the high filling precision, ensure same filling level
2. All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean
3. No bottle no filling
4. Bypass line provided for flushing the product fill tank after completion of CIP, easy clean
-The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.
-Product bowl is to reduce the loss of heat.
-The temperature is normal, through the gravity filling method and normal temperature. Suitable any working condition
The filling machine part could be adjusted to suitable for the different level of the bottle.
(3). Capper
1. Pick & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads

After the filled bottle across the sensor, the sensor will send the signal to PLC, and the cap unscramble will start to work automatically
