The 2 in 1 can filler and sealer is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology introducing from abroad and is with international advanced level. It is mainly used for filling carbonated containing drink in tin cans, such as water, juice,  soda water ,soft drink,sparkling water and so on. The filling way is pressure. It adopts the automatic PLC touch screen control system, and the speed can be regulated forever as customer requirements within the scope.

Can Depalletizer Put the pallet on the plate, and push to the net conveyors from upper to downside. Then conveyors will transport empty can to the washing machine. Instead of manpower place can, it saves a lot of workers.
Inline can rinser / can washing machine The inline can rinser is used to clean the empty cans by clean water before filling, we can add this can rinser in the beginning of filling line. The twist cages are customized with your sample cans. As long as the height and diameter of your cans are different, you need to buy the extra set twist cages to change.
Can Filling Seaming Machine 1. The can fillig line consists of automatic can washing machine, pressure filling machine, automatic capping machine and conveying system 2 foaming device: during fill, unless beer is above 40°F. Counter Pressure filling leaves 1.27CM headspace, required by can manufacturers for product expansions and potential warming during distribution. Our machine will not foaming and it can keep low DO in the cans. Counter pressuring filling does not create foaming during filling process. Adopts high precision buffing process and food grade 304 stainless steel liquid tank. It will equipped with CIP connector as customer's demand.
	Nitrogen Dosing Machine:   Liquid nitrogen gasify and volume expansion 700 times, extrude the air out and form vacuum in the can, increase the aluminum can/pet can internal pressure to prolong the canned beverage shelf life and keep good looking for better transportation and store.
Spray sterilizing / Pasteurizer Tunnel including local control cabinet and electrical control device.Mainly for cooling and sterilization.the main parts of the machine are made of stainless steel, the top is designed to be openable for easy maintenance and observation.nozzles are manufactured using U.S. technology and spray water evenly.Conveyor belt adopts Rexnor technology, flat surface with small wear
