5 liter drinking water plant, mineral water bottling line

This machine contains the washing parts, filling part and capping part three in one monoblock. Also we could follow the customer required to remove the washing part. 
(1). Rinse
The bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.
(2). Filler
1. The filling station using all metal (not plastic) 304 stainless steel contact parts gives consistent accurate, high precision filling nozzle together with beverage buffer system, to ensure the high filling precision, ensure same filling level
2. All 304 stainless steel contact parts & liquid tank, fine polish, no death corner, easy to clean
3. No bottle no filling

(3). Capper
1. Pick & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads
2. Automatic caps arranging and feeding
3. No bottle no capping, 
4. Automatic stop when lack of bottle
After the filled bottle across the sensor, the sensor will send the signal to PLC, and the cap unscramble will start to work automatically
