(1). Rinser
Usually, we use the pure water to clean the bottle, under the machine, set the water pump, only need to join the pure water to this pump, it will spry the water to the empty bottle
The glass bottle will be feed into the machine through the screw rod to the first part is rinsing part, there are many support seats and the bottle grippers
-The grippers take the bottles from the inlet star wheel while they are still driven by the star wheel, thus guaranteeing a safe grip.
-the bottle is turned upside down and centered above a spraying nozzle which directs a stream of rinse water into the bottle. After the draining period the bottle is turned over to an upright position again.
(2). Filler
For the carbonated drink, the most sepecial with others drink is the filling temperature, it like the beer, the temperature is very cool, below than 4 degree, also contains some foam inside, so the filling valve should use the cooling filling way, also should can draw out the foam from the drink
The star wheels drive the bottles always "by the body" through the rinsing, filling and capping steps. For the various types of bottle, it is easy to adjust the structure for the operator by our specialized design.
(3). Capper
For the aluminum and the plastic cap the capping parts are different, in common the aluminum capsules are difficult
For the caps shape, we have the pressing sealing method, screw sealing method
